Microbulk tank is a small gas equipment integrated with fixed base and high vacuum multi-layer insulated cryogenic liquid storage tank, and equipped with low temperature liquid filling, self-pressurizing vaporization and other systems. At present, at home and abroad, Microbulk tank have been widely used as a new and convenient gas supply mode to replace steel cylinders and dewar.
